Our annual KNU General Meeting and Officer Elections produced new officer faces, coupled with returning board members and a few new committee appointments. Much appreciation to all who submitted nominations and participated in the election process. KNU is a 100% volunteer-driven, non-profit organization that represents and advocates on behalf of our 900 plus resident households here in Kessler Park. We direct the day-to-day operations in the neighborhood, we orchestrate beautification efforts, community enrichment, co-op programs with the City of Dallas and other area non-profits, we address safety issues/upgrades, special projects and unforeseen advents, we maintain utilities & common grounds, we provide news and things of interest via our website and social media, we spearhead fund-raising, and we make every effort to meet the needs of residents. We are fueled by the generous contributions and helping hands of neighbors and look forward to another year of achieved goals and stronger community.
The 2020 KNU Officers are returning President Susan Via, Vice President Robbie Miller, returning Secretary Lila Belitz and Treasurer Scott McKinney.
