The North Oak Cliff Police Patrol (NOCUPP) is a member-supported, non-profit organization which provides private police patrol service to North Oak Cliff. Membership dues pay for off duty Dallas police officers, leased Dallas police vehicles and all equipment. Your participation helps to ensure the safety of your neighborhood, increased coverage, and response times.
