KNU is YOUR non-profit neighborhood association that advocates on behalf of residents, safeguards conservation district guidelines, upholds City of Dallas Mowmentum and other agreements, and orchestrates the day-to-day operations within defined residential boundaries. KNU membership rewards the common good of our community!
Your dues help cover:
- Website access to full content, resources, conservation District guidelines, helpful links to City services/forms/compliance, account profile, on-line KNU Membership directory, voting platform, and other tools and tips.
- Maintained common grounds, safety improvements, and neighborhood amenities.
- Utilities on 19 medians/triangles, repairs, and insurance.
- Contingency needs
Plus, members vote on executive board elections, neighborhood issues that require your feedback prior to implementation or remedy, special projects, unforeseen expenses, and other directives.
PLEASE PAY YOUR DUES in the 1st quarter of this year to ensure that budgetary allocations are met. Last year’s operational budget is posted on our home page. The 2023 budget is currently under review by the board and will be updated shortly. Please take note of categorical allocations.
PLEASE NOTE: When you pay your membership dues, a NEW account profile will be set up for you with a fixed log-in and temporary password. You will receive a confirmation email with a link to change your password. Your on-line account profile is self-managed by you. So PLEASE, upload photos, your pets, any information that you would like to share (household, hobbies, interests), and other notations. You will then be active in the KNU Directory, ONLY visible by verified members! You can search the Directory, send messages to other members, and vote on-line. Account profiles that were set up prior to 2023 will no longer be active.
We are 100% volunteer-driven, fueled by altruistic residents, helping hands and a celebrated passion for our distinct area.
