Spring is a time of rebirth and a renewed commitment to mind, body and spiritual needs. It’s also a time to re-awaken your sense of community. So, spring into action! Reset those clocks, get up a little earlier, breathe in the Spring air, strike a pose in the park, bask in the afternoon sun, recite a few mantras, or pick up a good classic read. We also hope you’ll contribute the suggested $50 KNU dues that help nurture and tend to our common islands & grounds, street safety & improvement projects and neighborhood events. YOU are an AWESOME part of the very fabric of our unique neighborhood and conservation district, and we need your participation and support! Get moving… come to our monthly board meeting, mix and mingle with neighbors at one of our socials, join a committee or simply volunteer where needed, and attend our many community events like the upcoming Kessler Krawl. This annual Social & Fundraising event traverses several homes in our neighborhood, where party-goers enjoy good food, good cheer and good company along the route. Your ticket purchase and elective silent auction participation helps raise funds to cover KNU’s yearly operational budget and special projects. Plan on KRAWLING the hood on April 8th, and enjoy a night out with neighbors and friends! For more information on sponsorship opportunities, or details about the event contact Stephani Kyle.
